Or I can see people short on time skipping this queue.

In regards to this topic the whole area is gone. And what DisneyMom says about storage is new on me. Since I was under the impression the houses were gone for good. Would be cool if this was being stored somewhere. It would give hope of a revival or it being shipped to Paris, Hong Kong or the upcoming Shanghai all which do not have a house for Mickey.

Its a nice idea if the Houses are in storage ready to be used again. If not I'm sure the archives have already taken items of vaule to be stored safely away. We may see something of interest at a future D23 Expo perhaps.

ORDDU: Originally we had heard that the homes would be put into storage. But what we saw happening, instead, was most unnerving to say the least.

ORWEN: Now whenever Mickey and Minnie come to Florida, they're homeless!

ORGOCH: Got room fer homeless mice?

The princesses will get their spot in Fantasyland (replacing the Snow White dark ride).

I was wondering about that as well, but perhaps a lot of it was designed to be easily moved to another place?

I just really wonder whom they are going to put into the circus tents?

As much as I like Donald, Goofy and the Chipmunks, I don't see them attracting a lot of people without Mickey himself...

And, EPCOT Explorer, aren't you off to WDW soon (saw your weather discussion)? Have a great trip and very little rain!!
