Hand down best chicken Cseasar salad I found was at the Mara which is the food court at Animal Kingdom Lodge. They make them up right there for you.. no prefab. The price is $6.99, meanwhile the chicken cseasar salad at the land ( another good choice ) is $12.99 as I recall. Mara gives you more chicken and salad. Ok, I also tried a few things over at Bongos! Incredible food. I had the cuban fried rice.... wonderful, cuban coffee!!!! Oh boy what a treat.

Their signature beef dish is a tamarind barbeque beef filet. It's a bit small, but it's so incredibly tasty that you don't care. They've recently added a world class sushi chef, and the sushi appetizers are the best I've ever tasted. My last meal there this past October I had one of the greatest waiters in my life. He was from the northeast, very knowledgeable, vary laid back. He saw that I was in no hurry, so I got to sip my wine while pondering my appetizer choices. I didn't even order my entre till about halfway through the sushi. Dinner took about 2 hours, and was just heaven! Not something you'd want to do with cranky kids, but for a tired ol' single guy like me it was perfection!

I thought it sounds very appealing. However, I confess I love the beer over at the Big River Grille and Brewing Company. Best beer on property as far as I'm concerned. I always get the Mahi Mahi cseasar salad. Its great!

Went to London in high school with my mom and step-dad, who is definately my "real dad" and who now has lung cancer and is doing very poorly. So I always have fond England thoughts as I walk through it in EPCOT.

I must say Boma was GREAT and already have reservations there again for August.
