Apparently they can't even locate a passholder discount without the promotion code given to them, because their access to the passholder site was not working today. Very aggravating!! Who can I talk to that can resolve my issues hire up than Guest Services.

We wanted the CM discount for the Tree Houses but there was nothing available for the rest of the year on weekends. I was also surprised that the CM told me that the value resorts were sold out from Aug 15th thru late September.

On the up side we could have gotten reservations in the Contemporary Resort or the Bay Lake Tower on my CM discount. A great deal.

My suggestion is to try again. I have found that when you call back you sometimes get different options and the CM could do things the first CM couldn't.

I'm guessing the Value resorts are sold out at that time because of the free dining plan. I'm booked 8/31 - 9/8 and got a fabulous deal through Southwest Vacations. I beat Disney's price by several hundred dollars.
