It also depends on when you get to the bus stop: you could arrive just as a bus is pulling up, or you might need to wait 5-15 minutes. The actual distance between the Dolphin and AK is not far at all. Anyway, I'd guess best case scenario would be about 15 minutes, worst, probably 45.
