I dont even know how to start this thread...My family and i returned from Disney Aulani and I cant really put into words how disappointed I was in the staff and management. This is not to say All the staff! Many staff members were awesome,especially the wait-staff at the beach! My problem lies in the Managment of the Olelo Room Bar and the security staff. My minor daughter and i had an instance that was beyond horrible. We were harassed by a patron of the bar. Man around the age of 25-30 came over to my table and just stood and stared at my daughter, I couldnt turn to see him at first because he was so close to me his waist would have been in my face. My daughter said to him,"will you please go away, you are making me and my sister really uncomfortable." He cursed and called us vial names,and the monsters even took pictures of my two daughters. It was awful! Then he yelled out loud,"these B----es think their Hot S--T. I couldn't believe what was happening..And when I looked at the bartender,and said,"are you just going to let this happen? He looked away. Finally after the name calling was so vial, a waitress walked by and whispered,'I have called security. The abuse continued on for sometime and i asked for a manager since security was taking so long. The Mgr.came over to the table and spoke to me and made small talk, apologized and said he would handle the problem. he walked over to the two men harassing us and put his arm around his shoulder and said,"its ok bra..Its ok,I get it,I get it." I couldn't BELIEVE what was happening. My girls and I were afraid to get up, I wasn't sure rather these pigs were going to follow us or not,so still we sat and waited for security. I again asked for a Mgr and he walked over to the table and as he came over the two men walked out and proceeded to again throw out their disgusting language, I said,"where is security?" He said,"oh-their looking for them." Hello their right there, call security! I t was by far the craziest thing that has ever happened to me EVER!!! I have called Disney Guest Services and many other numbers. I have received a call saying,'Oh-Im so sorry, and by the way, why didn't you get up and walk away? I honestly cannot tell you how completely freaked out and scared we were to get up. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Not just the lack of help we received but also in the lack of any remorse Disney Management has shown us. When I booked this vacation< I was so beyond excited and so were my children. Although they are a little older now,we have had a Disney vacation every year since 1999. Im hoping that SOMEONE will get back to me and follow up with the situation.
