My dad and I watched every single episode of "It's Garry Shandling's Show" together. My dad wasn't much of a TV guy but he loved that show and so did I. It was so quirky and funny. The Larry Sanders Show rightly gets all the attention and all the acclaim--I agree with others today who say it ushered in the Golden Age of television, or at least the comedy side of it. But "It's Garry Shandling's Show" was, along with Letterman, my introduction into that kind of whacky comedy I've loved ever since.
