FYI... He is not a Knott's employee. Knott's was just kind enough to allow him access to the Piano in the Saloon between the scheduled shows. Rod states that he is looking forward to perfoming on the weekends in the early afternoon, just to stay in practice. And there is no guarantee you will find him on a specific day, but Saturday and Sunday early afternoons are your best bet to find him playing the piano. And there is quite a bit of video with sound at the link above, so you can enjoy Rod right now. It was great to see him. He is in fairly good health (Still has the back issues) But he has a nice stool that is better than a piano bench for his back, and he is only doing short segments. And by the way, please do not publish this info on the Main Page here at LP per Rod's request. He doesn't want too much attention to the fact he is performing on occasion. But he would love to have you at the park enjoying his music. And yes, later today, I will post what is going on in Lisa's and my life.... But if you want to see us, July 17th on the Travel Channel.. Bert the Conqueror with Warren Sapp.

The best thing, plan to sit down about 30 minutes after the first or second show on the weekends by the Piano, which is on the lower level. As I stated earlier, no promises, but a good chance to catch Rod performing. Lisa and I are planning a visit in two weeks, partially for Rod, the other reason is the new Summer Entertainment, including the Happiness is Snoopy Ice Skating Show and a new Calico Saloon Show.
