Yes, for romance factor at Epcot you will never beat San Angel Inn. Most of the menu items are NOT Tex-Mex style Mexican, so some of the dishes may be rather unfamiliar.

My favorite is Mole Poblano - Grilled chicken breast served over a bed of chicken morsels, carrots, chayote chiles, with the classic sauce of spices and a hint of chocolate $19.99 (From Deb Will's great site: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu
    /menu_mex.htm )

Or at the Contemporary, California Grill is probably the second best restaurant in WDW with great potential firework views, great food and a wine list.

The most romantic (and expensive restaurant) is Victoria and Albert's in the Grand Floridian.

And now they serve Tostitos (out of a bag) and jar salsa instead of the homeade chips and salsa they used to. Some Mexican restaurant!

    You can do better.
