As far as places I've been...Le Cellier in Canada has great ambience. I think the best food is in MGM at Hollywood and Dine, but it's not romantic. China is good. Great food. Great atmoshpere...same with Japan. If you like seafood, eat at the Living Seas...supposed to be amazing.

It's a lot quieter than the downstairs one (probably because not too many people know about it). But it's only open for dinner, and it does cost more than the downstairs one.

Also, Anniversary and Proposals. In fact, this place is SO romantic when my husband and I were still just dating and he brought me here I thought for sure he was going to pop the question...not quite. Boy was I embarrassed?!

The food there is to me the best at WDW and all the women received a single rose after the dinner.

Lake Eola is a GEORGEOUS area and dining around there and walking around is one of the most romantic times my hubby and I had while we were engaged and he lived in Orlando. There's a really yummy gelato shop, and a lot of times there is live music going on at the band shell.

Victoria and Alberts is great if you like to get dressed up and do the whole formal multi-course dinner. We went there on our honeymoon and it was really nice, but not really our style. Californis Grill is great too. The biggest problem there is the parents who don't watch their kids. If you get a late enoughe seating, most of the kids sre pretty tired and tend to fall asleep at the table. If you get an early seating there, you are allowed to come back after your meal during the fireworks and watch them from the balcony area. I also like Jiko but you may not like the menu. It's a little more exotic than other restaurants. There don't seem to be a lot of kids around because it is more pricey than some other restaurants and kind of out of the way. Whatever you decide to do, make priority seating arrangements now. The upper end restaurants tend to fill up quickly.
