I don't know what the menu is like now, since we were there shortly after it opened, but it had a lot of interesting food without being too exotic. I'm about as boring of an eater as there is, and I liked a lot of stuff they had. Is it worth taking time out of your vacation to go? Maybe, it depends what you're interested in, and where you're staying. If it's convenient or you're particularly interested, definitely give it a shot. I wouldn't plan my entire vacation around it, but it is a very nice break from the parks, and an experience that you really can't find in a lot of places.

I did like my cocktail and my chicken tandoori and the dessert sampler a lot! I plan for us to go next trip, and to Boma too. I don't know about the animal specialist, sorry.
