The CHOC walk is a benefit for Children's Hospital of Orange County. For several years now, it's been held at DL and DCA on a Sunday in October, before the park opens. Participants get sponsors and walk a specific route thru the park. There are always lots of characters and entertainment. It's fun, and for a good cause!

They sort of glide and gambol across the grounds of the Mansion, playing hide and seek and peeking out at people as they walk past. There are also fog machines that send banks of fog gliding across the grounds. (The gates are closed, so CHOC Walkers only walk past, or stop at the fence to take photos.)
