Santa Monica To DL

    One of my best friends is going to be in Santa Monica this next week and is hoping to get to DL for one day. However - she will not have a rental car. Is there a way (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg) that she could easily get there using public transportation or something along those lines? We've both only been to WDW always so I knew the best way to try and figure this out would be to check with LPers. :) Thanks in advance for any help!

    We don't really have proper public transportation that could kindly take one from point a to point b.

    But, I would call places like the Shangrila, Loews, or one of the big Hotels in Santa Monica and ask about their shuttles to DL.

Red Line to Union Station near Downtown ..... then Metrolink to the Harbor Blvd/Fullerton train station .. then a bus south to DL.

    It would take a while .. but that's an idea.

    You'll have to pardon SoCal .. it is SOOOOOO behind the times on mass transit. It's pitiful.
