I'm in Thailand right now. I been here a few weeks, a few places here and there, but mainly in Phuket. A BEAUTIFUL place. I been to Thailand before, but never Phuket and so glad I came. Just beautiful beaches, islands and lots to see. For most people, if you watched that movie, "The Beach" with Leonardo DiCaprio, then you have an idea where it is. I actually went snorkelling there 3 days ago. It IS as beautiful as the movie makes it out to be. Also, just been doing a little of everything else: rode an elephant, swimming, hiking, fed monkeys, seeing some grand temples (just saw some today, some of Thailand's nicest with different styles from surrounding countries like Burma and Cambodia---very similar to Angkor Wat) and just trying to get REALLY fat eating all the time ;).

Yeah, this is where the Tsunami hit about a year ago in 3 weeks, but everything seems to be normal and built up. I actually wanted to come here last January, but of course couldn't stand to be 'vacationing' with all that has happened. But, things seem to be back to normal and even though I think its in the back of everyone's mind here, people are enjoying themselves.

Met a lot of travellers and tourists of course, so I'm never alone. ALWAYS want to talk about America and foreign policy. It gets a little nerve racking when the 18th person wants to talk about the war (seriously, us Americans watch CNN and BBC like the rest of the world and can't offer anything beyound that ;)). I always get asked, "Why Americans don't travel?" Hmm, maybe because they don't want to take a vacation just to constantly be asked by all the non-Americans talking about Bush all the time and remind them how much America is hated.......maybe ;D.

Moving on, the girls (AND boys) keeps trying to get my attention is new thing for me....okay, not the boys trying to get my attention part ;D. So yeah, a FUN trip, lots of things to do and see.

But, the REASON I wrote is that you guys can see me going bungee jumping :). I did it a few weeks ago here at a beach called Jomiten in eastern Thailand. It was my first time and wanted to share :). So, here they are:

    <a href="http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/fctiger74/detail?.dir=/2685&.dnm=76f4.jpg" target="_blank">http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/
    fctiger74/detail?.dir=/2685&.dnm=76f4.jpg</a>

Enjoy. I would like to say I will show more of my trip, but we all know that's just not going to happen lol. I promised to post stuff of many things in the past and never do. This time, I'm really excited, got them back today and thought you guys would like to see me jump 10 stories in the air :). Okay, take it easy!!

PS. Did not read other comments first and have just realised as I am about to post that this matches post #2 almost exactly. The sentiments are good though, so I'll post anyway lol!

Is there any reason you did it half-nekkid, though? Or was it just super hot in Thailand that day?

Anyway, yeah, it WAS scary, but really fun. I actually want to do it again soon, but as I left Thailand already, looks like that isn't goimg to happen :(.

BTW, if you guys EVER come to Hong Kong, you will LOVE it!! I'm emailing from a tiny island right now where I spent the day hiking some of the most amazing trails and its just beautiful. I actually been at this island about 5 years ago with my ex, ex girlfriend and a lot of memories came up (mainly happy ones that I'm here without her now ;D). But, its a great place, I just felt completely isolated even though I'm actually in a city of 7 million people and only an hour away from HK city. Simply georgeous. Skip the crappy Disney park and spend as much time in Hong Kong as you can ;). I think I want to move here (as I tell myself everytime I come). I plan to become filthy rich, get the top 3 playboy playmates and live the rest of my life right on this beautiful, simple island :D.

Of course, that means I have to 1. Become filthy rich 2. Get the playmates phone numbers and invite them and 3. Get a Hong Kong residence visa (this one may be the hardest to obtain though ;D).

<<BTW, you're a good lookin' dude, WD, and that's saying a lot, coming from a straight guy. LOL.>>

Well, according to all the gay thai guys that NEVER left me alone, I guess so lol. Trust me, wouldn't leave me alone and made suggestions to me that I could NEVER post here ;).

<<Is there any reason you did it half-nekkid, though? Or was it just super hot in Thailand that day?>>

Oh yeah, I forgot to explain that one Labuda :). When I originally did it, the guy told me there's a chance I could get dunked in the water to my shoulders possibly and suggested I take my shirt off so not to feel soaked all day. So, I did and when I did it, I DID hit the water---the very top of my head ;). So, there was no need in the end (I guess I was too light lol), but that's why :).

Okay guys, got to get off the island now and head back to 'civilazation' to Hong Kong City soon. (So cute, this little Chinese girl next to me is reading EVERYTHING I type....maybe she'll read this part and become embarrased :)). BTW, on my way to see King Kong tonight, one day before all you losers get it, hahahahaha!!!
