When Segway tour groups are arriving, training, and practicing for their paid tour, they're doing it in full view of other guests visiting Innoventions. Say what you want about the obvious commercialism, but I'm thinking -- what a great synergy! It's the same paying Segway class from before, but now it's also a "free," working display at Epcot. It's almost like an infomercial. The technology angle fits the FutureWorld display area real well. Heck, even the "Road to Tomorrow" theming of the area works. The people who are attending the class are doing it in full view of other guests, and even this works. They're part of the show while they're there.
