So far this week, hints of the coming Halloween season were minimal, but today, Main Street was all decked out.

Today's adventure: Toontown. Toontown not only doesn't require a rush it doesn't even open until an hour after the rest of the park. So, per usual, I headed for Peter Pan first thing. Next I checked I checked Fantasy Faire to make sure Tangled would be playing since I wasn't on my Fantasyland day. It would be for the early shows. Next was a cruise in the Storybookland Canal Boats. I still had about 20 minutes before Toontown opened, just enough time for it's a small world.

As I entered Toontown there was a couple who had never been there before. They thought it was "trippy." Once inside Toontown, I walked on Gadget's Go Coaster. This is one I've never done before. It's a great starting coaster for little kids but the ride us so short. If I'd had to wait at all it wouldn't have been worth it. Next I headed to Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin stopping to get a picture with Goofy on the way. I had no wait on RR either.

I then went to meet Mickey. I was worried at first because the line wad out the front door. But, they were stacking. Once inside the house, I was able to quickly go to the screening room and then we didn't even watch all the clips before being ushered into the barn. I actually waited longer for Minnie next door. There the line was legitimately out the door. There was a family right behind me with some really cute kids that were entertaining to watch while I waited.

Next I toured Chip n Dale's Tree House, Donald's Boat and Goofy's House. The springy surfaces are hard on the knees. I looked around Downtown Toontown and had lunch at Pluto's Dog House. And that was it for Toontown.

Next I headed to Fantasy Faire to catch Tangled. When I got there Aurora was out greeting guests so I got in her line. While waiting we were warned that she would be switching with Merida soon. That was disappointing since that's exactly what happened when I was waiting for Rapunzel the other day. I waited it out though and this time I made it to Aurora before the switch. After Tangled I decided to go back to my hotel for a rest.

After a nap, I headed back to the park around 4. As I was entering the park, I noticed Donald and Chip n Dale gathered gathered around a little girl asleep in her stroller. They got really close and stroked her face and Donald gave her kisses. It was really precious and her mom was thrilled.

Next I headed to Pirates, it was still really hot and a cool ride there was just the thing. After I stopped by the Mint Julep Bar and got beignets. While I was waiting a guy told me he'd be having beignets about 8 times on his 4 day trip. I love the beignets but there are other things too.

I took my beignets and ate them near Splash. Of course, even though I was being careful, I got powdered sugar all over me. Next I did the single rider for Splash and took a turn on Pooh. I bought a Mickey Ice Cream sandwich, put it in my bag and rode on BTMRR. After, my sandwich was just right to eat. I usually try to eat them too soon.

Next I exited the park just ahead of the parade and headed to World of Disney where I bought a dress I'd had my eye on. Well technically it's a dress I think but it's really to short so I'll always wear something under it. I bought it using a Visa gift card I got at work awhile ago for being employee of the month. It just about covered it. I then headed back to my hotel ahead of the post parade exodus and had left over pizza for dinner.

So they have scheduled shows? For some reason, I thought it was just a M&G.

They are a lot of fun. Wouldn't make them a top priority, but something to do after the most important things are done..
