I started the day with a stop at Fidler Fifer and Practical for Starbucks and a brownie before rope drop. Hollywoodland doesn't require a quick start so I headed to TSMM at rope drop. When I got there though, it was closed. So I went to the Silly Symphony Swings and rode three times without getting off. I could have gone more but I figured three was enough. I hit California Screamin' before finally heading to Hollywoodland. Once there I knocked out Monsters Inc, Muppet Vision, and Tower of Terror in quick succession. Next I went into the Animation Building. The next Turtle Talk was about 20 minutes out so I went through the Sorcerer's Workshop first. FYI, I am most like Ariel. Then I did Turtle Talk, fun as always. At Animation Academy we drew Pluto. I might have gone again but next was Jack and I don't really care about him. I stopped at the Zoetrope on my way out. At this point I had close to an hour before the next showing of Aladdin so I got a smoothie at Schmoozies. The only real food in Hollywoodland is Award Wieners and I didn't want a hotdog. Then I looked around in the shops until time to head to Aladdin. One of the Genie's jokes referred to winning a Tony which I especially appreciated as I have I'm going to New York to see the show next month. (30 days until that trip.) When Aladdin got out there were two minutes until the next Disney Jr and I managed to slip in just before they shut the doors. The show is cute but I have no children so I haven't really seen the television shows. The little kids sure had fun though. I was now officially done with Hollywoodland except Mad T Party which wasn't happening that day. I'll have to pick it up this weekend. I probably won't want to do more than walk through anyway. Next I headed to Downtown Disney for dinner at Earl of Sandwich. When I returned to the park, I practically walked into RSR using the single rider line and took a spin on Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. Then I headed toward Grizzly River Run and stopped at the Little Mermaid on the way. GRR was a walk on also. A lady in my raft spread a plastic bag on her seat before sitting down. I don't think it made any difference. I got pretty wet but not completely soaked. I was going to go a second time but it went down so I went on Soarin' instead. By this time it was nearly 7 and I decided to head back to the hotel.

"When Aladdin got out there were two minutes until the next Disney Jr and I managed to slip in just before they shut the doors." This might be the only thing I've never done at the resort. One part of me wants to go, but the "completist" side of me is pretty tiny. I couldn't name one Disney Jr. character. Actually, under those circumstances, I'd feel kind of creepy (and I gladly played the Agent Perry game at Epcpt....a few times).
