I admire the acting, the production value, Chris Noth is awesome. But the stories just don't interest me or hold my attention; I struggle to relate.

It was one thing to watch "The Women" a 1939 classic MGM film with some great acting from some great female actresses. I just wonder if the likes of the "Sara Jessica Parkers" in this film make it entertaining enough for both men and women.

However I thought the movie was tame in that respect compared to the HBO series.

As for the man question, my Dad is interested in seeing this, and yeah, pretty sure he's a straight guy. Being the father of 3 girls though, he's become pretty good with chick flicks.
