    It's specific ads that fill up the back button on Internet Explorer.

    When happening you can see it by right clicking your back button which will show your back button history. When there are issues you will see it filled with ad URLs.

    To fix it you can go to Tools => Tracking Protection

    Highlight 'Your personalized list' and enable it. Go to Settings and you can disable the items that you see filling up your back button history.

    It seems to mostly be the double-click google ads.
