When my friend got the wrong sauce for her chicken tenders, instead of just giving her a new container of sauce (as we would all expect), the frazzled CM just gave her a second order of chicken, with the correct sauce. We were planning on getting a small-ish dinner for the show, and ended up with 3 meals for 2 people. It was a great memory and we still joke about it (thanks again for the extra food, Tamana!), but all the lines were moving rediculously slowly.
