If he only knew how haphazardly we rounded up most of these "terrorists" in Afghanistan and Iraq without any substantive reason, he would probably be shocked. There's a reason why we have only sent a handful of these guys to trial or a military tribunal -- we don't have a single shred of documented evidence to justify an indictment or conviction for 90% of the detainees out there.
