Personally I would just count my blessings that Spaceship Earth isn't taking the path of Horizons. Of course it would be difficult to do that to the very ICON of the park...but still it's possible. I think the new stuff I saw going on has more to do with the end of the attraction in the Semens area and not so much the ride itself.

Universe of Energy was more impressive in it's initial video than Ellen's comedy, Horizons gave you a choose your own adventure, World of Motion was cool as well. Journey into Imagination was great for me, I was only 9 at the time, and I just loved Figment. The Land featured the Kitchen Cabaret, and there was The Living Seas, the only rideless pavillion, and the most boring. Don't forget about the Comunicores. Not all of the changes have been bad ones, but I do miss the original too.
