Unless you have a full length poncho .. with proper rain boots ... then count on walking around the park, afterward, in wet socks, wet shoes (inside!) ... and wet pants. The smaller drops inside the main show building always do the most damage. I've learned to place my arms flush against the top sides ... to act like a dam .. because of waters pouring in .. drenching my legs .. to my socks ..and inside my shoes. The dip-drop into the laughing place ... will get you too!

My recommendation is water shoes because, for me, the clothes will dry (if it isn't too cold) but shoes/socks don't dry very quickly when you are wearing them.

The line for Grizzly was super long but we ended up going to the front of the line to sit with a handicapped woman and her friend. Awesome! My daughter and I did not get wet AT ALL. Originally Posted By tashajilek "(I could never skip Splash Mountain.LOL)" Me neither! even if it's snowing i will ride it. "When we went to WDW he wore a poncho and didn't get wet at all" Thats what i really dislike about the WDW version, you never get wet. I do wish the DL version could be less intense in the winter.
