Of course that probably has everything to do with my expectations vis a vis Nov. '03. The two AA's (I know its been beaten to death) are very, very good. I'd be suprised if there were any upgrade or "change" plans as yet. They are still in the midst of to many "Stitch" tie-in's . you've got to figure that whatever they eventually do, they most likely will not change the format of the attraction space.

Compare Stitch to the new Monsters, Inc attraction at DL. Video is available from LP. A retelling of the MI movie with barely animatronic AAs. At least Stitch has a creative storyline, effects and ha-has.

I don't think posts last that long here to look it up, but I remember reading your review and you gave it a B or B- grade. What has happened since then that you call it a "fiasco" now? Not a complete fan of SGE either, but I like it nonetheless for what it is. I liked AE a lot more, but I think SGE has things going for it and some of the little changes since it has opened have made it a bit better (including a neat shadow effect as Stitch runs around the room at one part of the main show). The ending is a bit better now also, but still nothing great. The AA's in this attraction are superb though, and the plasma guns are pretty cool in themselves. If you're an AA fan like me, its definetely worth a visit. I like SGE for what it is and think there's some good grandwork for a great show attraction that isn't used to its benefit, but I wouldn't be heartbroken if it was replaced or tweaked some more.

They have so many other really good visuals the stink bug is only a minor joke. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://wwww.newlineagefilms.co m

Boy was I wrong.
