I've encountered her a couple times at the Avengers Half Marathon; if her regular meet & greets are anything like that, you won't be disappointed I've heard that Groot may begin making appearances sooner rather than later
I still don't quite see how you can "break out" of the collector's fortress if you stay within a shaft, and return to where you started... but we'll see how they work that "plot" I guess.
