Disney will stop any and all moving walkways and vehicles to accommodate special needs - Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan's Flight, Spaceship Earth, the Living Seas etc. In fact city hall (or guest relations) has written material for special individualised needs (and their websites has information as well).
