I must admit I am not for teens getting tattooed especially on the face.

Her lame "I fell asleep" garbage was crappy though, who would even be dumb enough to buy something like that (someone completely unfamiliar with how tatoos work maybe?)? I feel sorry for the tat artist.

As for teens and tats, she was 18 so afaik legally an adult. Her choice, her problem.

And not all pigments reacts the same and so you may have certain colors that are removable but others that aren't. And it's more dificult to remove amateur tattoos than professionally done ones.

The segment of the population we see here are navy and retired navy and their dependents...so we have far more requests than we can actually accomodate. So at one point we kept a waiting list. There was one older guy who either came by or called at least once a week to see if the list had moved. One day he told me that he was tired of wearing long sleeves shirts, but he felt he had to because he didn't want people to 'know how stupid I was when I was younger'.

I only have 9, and I keep saying I wont get anymore, but then I always want another. My last one is Mickey with a giggle face on my lower neck, upper back. I have got a lot of compliments on it though.
