These were used for a Disney art exhibition in 1959 in US and in 1960 it was travelled to Japan. After that they were missing treasures for 45 years. This time they were restored and more than
350 of Disney art will be gathered.

The exhibit runs through September 24.

Thanks to Tetsuya Kawamura for the information.

Very nice find, but I've been told that there are no really significant hidden "treasures" in this collection.

Roger who told you that? Wasn't worth shipping them back? It is all flat-packed 2D artwork. I find that very strange indeed.

Who could blame him? TDR vs USJ, TDR vs USJ, Tokyo vs Osaka..... no competition. It is like putting a gorilla in the ring against a terrier. The terrier can only nip at the heels.
