    1. is this true?

    2. if they take the brick out will they send it to you?

    3. if i have one installed this year will it recieve the 50th anniversary traetment?

There is a keosk(sp) in the colonade between DL and DCA that has a brochure on how to order your brick.
It is definately worth it. I love showing
mine to people. I actually have a picture of it with all of the family's feet around it as my wallpaper.
I too have wondered about the ten year thing. I hope if they take it away that I can claim it. You can order a small replica for something like $35.

When you order it, they give you options as to which logo you want at the top. Yes, you can choose the gold medallion 50th logo. We did, and it looks great! :)

It says such things as the brick is property of Disneyland and the brick's sponsor has no right to the property, etc. And I believe there was also a big section about not being able to keep your brick if broken or removed. They also make it clear that they will not do any upkeep on the brick, if someone puts gum on it, they won't clean it up. You'd have to read the list before making a final decision.

All of that said, I ordered my 50th brick last year and I love it, no regrets. It's fun to show to people and I recommend buying the wooden replica if you get the 50th medallion in it. The replica is quite the little conversation piece when people notice it in my house. :)

I hunted for one before we ordered ours and couldn't find anything... Unless they've added one since then (March of this year).

I e-mailed the seller and he said that he'd never heard of the program I was talking about, yet his pictures were the exact ones from the brochures and the ones on display at the park kiosk. Oh, and his description was identical to what it said in the brochure, word for word.
