Our guide, Jesus, was really funny & very informative on the Mayan culture. It was a long bus ride but, he kept us intertained! The ruins were exactually that.. He explained their knowledge was based on math & not on alien visitors! The grounds were beautiful and loaded with these large lizards! We toured for about an hour then it was back on the bus & off to the tequila tasting YUMMY!!

The tour included MANY samples of tequila for the adults while the kiddie took turns at a pinata! We didn't purchase anything but, it was very interesting to learn about the quality of this wonderful nectar!!

Next stop was a really cool beach named El Mirador!! The water was a baby blue with large black coral type rocks everywhere. Back on the bus..

Next stop was El Cedral. This is the site of the first Catholic mass on Cozumel. AKA tourist trap.. DD11 bought a marble chess set that is realy heavy!!

The bus brought us back to port. By now it's 3:00 and we are STARVING!! Why was there no place to stop for food? Who cares!! We drank tequilla!! We walked around a little then went back to the ship to eat. As usual, the kids swam while we visited The Rainforest!! I ♥ that place!!

Tonight was "Pirate In The Carribean" night!! We all received a cool Pirate bandana at dinner and later was the Pirate Deck with Fireworks!! WOW!! what a day!!
