Kinda liked the original vehicles instead of just making it an "If You Had Wings" re-hash -- but my guess is there's no chance of them changing them back....

That would have probably been a correct assertion for DCA 1.0, but considering what they been putting into all the recent changes, I doubt this change (assuming the DVD design was even the main design) is due to budget constraints.

With it being a copy of the ride vehicle....I really, really hope they get rid of Nemo, now.

    Heheheh.

As cool as suspended ride vehicles are, they are slow loaders compared to Omnimovers. I am really please we are getting an omni rather than a low capacity issue attraction (which many of them have been over the last few years).

Only at WDW will this clamshell vehicle look familiar to people who were at Epcot the day before.

At DCA, it will all be fresh and new and fun.

I find it funny that the most abrasive poster I've found here in this section posted this...

If is was Disney circa 1993, perhaps they would change the vehicle for MK's TLM. In 2010, though....?

After viewing concept art for the attraction, I was left with the impression that TLM's clamshells will pivot on their base a la HM and ATIS.

Those original OmniMovers faced the direction of forward motion during loading, which was done from the side. Nemo and Friends' clamshells face inward only with no directional rotation on their base, and load from the front. (The clamshell front splits in the middle like an elevator door so passengers can enter and sit down.)

    Which clamshell is TLM getting?
