A good portion of the front and left side of the building has been painted a lovely shade of coral blue. It looks like much of the rest of the sandstone-colored building will be blue before long. I think it will probably grow on me as I see more. I don't really like how they are putting the characters on the front mural, but the stylization of them really fits the architectural style of the building well, so I can't complain too much.

There will be three AA seagulls on a buoy that will shout "Mine! Mine! Mine!" whenever a sub goes past. They are cute AAs.
