My first thought was that this was the first time I had ever seen a TV special about a non-Disney park. I know Walt did this for Disneyland way back in the day, but I can't ever remember seeing this from any other park. Am I forgetting something?

My second thought was that this land looks amazing. And the Escape from Greengott's bank look incredible. I have never been to Orlando, WDW or Universal...but this has really got me wanting to head out there!

I feel like Universal is really doing exciting things right now.

I agree that Diagon Alley looks great.

I know a lot of people working at Diagon Alley and the Hogswarts Express and they all have been raving about the area. It looks amazing. Can't wait to go see it

They did a half hour special to promote the "Mummy" ride 10 years ago:

Anyone know what the cost was to design and build Diagon Alley?

    9oldmen,

I figured there may have been something...I have far from exhaustive knowledge on ANY subject.

As a Potter fan, I am seriously contemplating a trip to Florida, and Universal will be getting it's share of my tourist dollars. A few years back, I might not have even bothered to visit.
