    It is my weakness, and I tend to not eat it in small amounts. I have no self control like you guys do. BUT since I started dancing again (hip hop and swing ) I think have been loosing. I said will bring my scale out on Monday and check it and I will. I feel like I am loosing.

    But all of you are my heroes; you guys have a lot of will power

    Soy milk is great for us! It’s high in protein, less fat then milk and better for us, specially the organic type with out refined sugar! I drink soy milk , so I guess I’m doing something good.

    And I already went through my whole thing about cows being treated with RBST hormone, so I won’t do it again, but I believe in it.

    I only weigh 145lbs right now (starting weight). Goal weight is 120.

    Yesterday was our DS2's 28th birthday (and meles:) so after my appointment DH and I said CAKE!!! even though DS was with his wife in another town and not with us DH and I split one piece of pretty good cake in the evening and I felt kind of yucky afterward :p Somehow Disneyland caramel apples, ice cream and cookies don't make me feel yucky.

    Thanks for listening! I'm supposed to maintain through the holidays and watch my BP and get back at the weight loss in January.

    I started in January with a pretty good attitude but this is the first time that I've done the maintaining thing instead of the yo yo thing. It helps that my MD is young, an internist and isn't letting us get away with anything :p
