I love grazing, too. Isn't that what we were supposed to be? Eating berries and chewing on bark until we ate the big mastodon that the men brought back?

My first plan of attack is to stop snacking between meals - I can usually drop a few kilos in about a month if I do that. Second plan of attack, start actually exercising again.

Oh and I love Skinny Cow ice-creams, too!

That always sounds so much better than losing a few "pounds" ;-)

Oh, and I just had one bite of dessert - big milestone there, as I really, really love sweets.

I wish I knew how many calories I burn telemark skiing. It's got to be a few as it's very cardio and physical, plus you're also trying to stay warm the whole time.

I get lots of exercise on the weekends, but not enough on the weekdays. Gotta stop using the treadmill to hang clothes on it.

Wanted to just check in tonight. We went to the gym and I did quite a bit more than I had planned. Was not going to swim but saw it was 85ยบ I could not resist.
Am going to give more serious attention to my food intake starting tomorrow. I haven't had a full on binge for a really long time but I guess the grazing has made up for it as I keep gaining and losing. Want to get it more steady as the yo-yo is not healthy.
    Good night all.

I have made a pan of pumpkin apple and ginger soup today, and frozen it in individual portions to take to work, it's about 1/2 point for all of it, so can't be bad, and it tastes great too! :) So I will be taking a bowl of that and some fruit to work on nights..

I did not make a resolution this year, as I have made a lifestyle change choice as of last March. Although I am only 60 pounds lighter, I am eating better and feel better for it!

I still struggle with things, and on some days it is a day long struggle. I have to keep in mind that the weight didn't appear over night and it is better to take the time to get it off and keep it off! The holidays were a strain and I took a couple of steps back. But I am not condemning myself and am moving forward. I will continue to the gym and continue going down the road to better health.

My goals are simple; better eating and weight loss will lead me to be a better parent for my daughter and the ability to be the healthiest me I can be. And being a healthy me, means that I have a better time at the DLR as well! LOL

I love the support I have gained here from all my fellow life style changers here. May we be each others support to continue forward through this journey we have departed on~~

So my goal is to lose those 10-15lbs by July. I'm going to Comic Con this summer and I've decided to go as Black Widow ( http://www.comicbookmovie.com/...0606.jpg ) and that looks to be a very unforgiving costume. LOL! So I also need to tone up.

I've already done terribly today as someone brought in the last of their holiday cookies and I ate 4. LOL! So starting RIGHT NOW I'm ready to shead these extra pounds that found me.

I seem to have the most trouble in the evenings. Yesterday I broke down around 5 pm and walked to the 99 Cents Only store and bought and immediately scarfed a box of cookies.

On the plus side, it was a brisk 2.2 mile walk to the store and back (according to Google Maps).
