Even the queue had some nice theming, but I wonder if it really needed to be this long. I am torn about giving this high praise. On the one hand, it's quality. No doubt about it. It will also be VERY popular with families. And it will draw them into the rest of the pavilion. But, at the same time, the kewl futurisic sea base theme has been thrown out the window in favor of cartoon characters. I also know of two sets of plans for the Seas, which would have renewed the place in a really big way that never really made it past bluesky in Glendale. So I went in trying real hard to not think about that ... and it worked. Nemo is a good addition. It's just not what once existed. It's more of a cool, Nemo themed aquarium now. Seabase Alpha is in Yesterland. But at least this is no Imagination disaster. It's a fun, enjoyable little C-Ticket ride.

I thought their updates were well done, appealing to people. Does it have to do with Turtle Talk moving to theater 1? Is there a time frame for the exhibits to open back up? It's a shame that they finally have the pavilion up and running again and now those rooms are closed off to the masses that will be visiting.

Cut down the queue slightly, curtain, etc. >>I'll make sure the relevant people see your suggestions....<< It's that easy, huh? j/k

I guess I am really slow today b/c I can't find the post and I can't get a grip on why the two floors of exhibit space are effected by the move. Can anybody shed some light on this and explain it to my slow brain?

That would be the perfect place to put the photo moment (actually a short video would be great) in the ride....only if they implement TDLFAN's idea.

But yeah, Disney going the Six Flags route of submerging you as you are trying to enter the park and start your day is completely tasteless. I feel bad for the CMs who have to do it because they have to deal with the goals placed on them, but it's really really bad form for the guest. Maybe ssWEDguy can shed better light on it and whether it's all that bad or not on the CM side of things, but I do feel bad for the CMs who are often rejected by guests who don't want to be bothered. I would love to see the photographers at park entry disappear.
