the twain needs a rehab

    There was just a very very extensive rehab just before the 50th, so I doubt that anything too major will be coming up soon. I would like to see them repaint the tops of the smoke stacks black, as the soot has really started to collect on the gold and it just makes it look like they aren't taking care of it. There is a reason that black is the traditional color for those. Other than that, I really don't have any huge issues with the maintenence of the attraction.

    Hey, when something needs rehab, it needs it, period. BUT, lol, If you ever want to feel even that much better about the whole Disneyland Resort, visit DisneyWorld and see all the decay. The whole place just about needs new this and that everywhere you go.

    I don't know DW, I was on it last week, and everything seemed in good functional shape. I saw a little of the scuffed paint you get from any of the rides that haven't had a 'down for maintenance' day in a while, but as pr says above, I didn't see anything that wouldn't be solved by slapping a new coat of paint on it.
