Wouldn't it be weird if you went to meet Mickey, and instead of talking (or remaining silent), he started squeaking like a real mouse? They've already done several tests for meet & greets using articulated heads (most notably at the 2011 D23 Expo, but also in the parks in late 2011/early 2012), so why not do that for the penguins? I realize that it's much easier to give the CM something equivalent to a dog's chew toy, but I have to wonder what that adds to the experience
