It is 50-year-old style 3D using glasses with one red lense and one green lense. The 3-D effect is like that method ALWAYS produced... a blurry, marginally 3-D picture that gave me a headache. The glasses provided with the game are sized so that they are difficult for anyone over about 8-years-old to wear them. I tried the 3-D thing once and then decided to forget about it. The good news is that the game itself is lots of fun and the picture quality and coloration is just fine without the glasses. How many game choices are there? A lot. ;-) I would guess somewhere between 15 and 20 but I've never counted and don't plan to. Most of the games from the parks are duplicated on the video, as well many new ones. Overall it is certainly worth $30.

Toy Story Mania is a lot of fun if you are playing with other people.

LOL I don't think it gets old though. And since my scores continually get better, there is obviously some learned skill involved.

My kids are 3 & 4 and they both LOVE the game, even though neither one of them can score very high without a little bit of help & some of the games are just way too hard for them, but that's when it's fun for mommy & daddy to get a chance to play! Hehehehe!

Maybe we should look at it again, especially now as we have a 3D tv we could try to turn on the 3D translator to see if it makes it any better. I would say Carnival or Play are two better but similar games of this type for the Wii.

But for teens and grown ups, it gets stale fast.
