Tasha, I've not seen that show, sounds good.

I know! Me too. Having so many favorites, and having only a few days to eat, stinks!

AWWWWWWWW my little Tashi is getting married.

"Dave have you ever seen the episode of diners, drive in's and dives on Disneyland during christmas?"

I saw it. I'm so picky, that I feel like I wouldn't like it there. I just like regular run of the mill foods. Not adding all kinds of sauces and stuff too it.

I used to be picky but now i eat pretty much anything. I get bored regular foods and i like stuff with lots of flavour. Constance you need to explor a bit more. Anyways im sure there would be something you would like at Napa Rose.

When I dined there 10 years ago the food and ingredients were top notch and I understand that the place has won at least one award since then. I can't think of a more beautiful restaurant in all of Orange County. The views of Grizzly Pear are fantastic.

Unless they have something very specific that you really like, that you have a hard time finding at home, I wouldn't go too far out of my way to eat there.

I think I would really enjoy Steakhouse 55. I like steak a lot.

Maybe not, but I actually find that to be a refreshing mid price-point eatery. It isn't pretentious, it is however, nicely themed and serves a nice lunch style menu.

I agree. You get the flavors you just don't get at most restaurants, yet it's not fussy.

Amazing. I had the teriyaki burger at Tangaroa's. I am very impressed with the quality of this sandwich. The burgers are char grilled and seem to be of quality meat. The teriyaki sauce was not too sweet, the grilled pineapple slice had a good zip to it.

And I had the tropical slaw on the side, which I really like. Burger, side slaw, bottle of Dasnai water came to around $14 before discount.

Then, once I had something in me to absorb alcohol, I jumped into Trader Sam's for a rum and coke to start with. The bar wasn't very crowded, but the place feels very friendly. The bar staff has the place figured out pretty well now. And to their credit, they are clean freaks.

The various mini shows are certainly a very nice touch. They are all short enough not to be annoying, but add a nice flavor to the bar theme.

It is now my favorite bar this side of Las Vegas. (Sorry Broadway Bar and Golden Gopher)
