They pick up at all the Disney Resorts a couple times a day. You need to call to arrange pick up. The number is 407-423-5566. You can get all the info when you call.

The one at the car care center will pick you up at your hotel, and drop you off once you drop the car off at the end of your rental. For the Swolphin one, I guess you could jsut take a boat from Epcot or the Studios.
