I think it is a GOOD thing. If he has any chance at all of becoming President, which I'm afraid he does, he needs all the information he can get. Because he clearly knows NOTHING at the present time. :(

Gotta disagree with you RT, because I'm sure he won't attempt to learn or expand himself in any meaningful way (see Sarah Palin). He only needs to "consult with himself", remember?

What I'm sure he will do is take note of all the weaknesses of his enemies so that during the election itself, or soon after, he can exploit them. Don't forget this guy is a bully gossip monger who loves nothing better than to attack people he doesn't like. Imagine what he'll do with vital and sensitive information once he gets it. Do you really think he'll keep it to himself?

Good God what the hell have the Republicans done!?

p.s. I sure as hell hope you're right though! Perhaps learning a bit about the real world might sober the guy up as to what he's getting himself into.

I'm just hopeful that the information will show him that some of his half-baked ideas on foreign policy would be truly dangerous to America. I really don't think he wants to do the country any harm... he is just too damned ignorant to know any better.

Maybe if he gets a whiff of what a real President has to do, he might change his mind and not run.

    Yeah, I know, wishful thinking.

I'm afraid of what he will do with this info, president or not. I'm afraid he would "leak" something important that would actually threaten national security.

But his ego is too damned big for him to think that anything he does will be harmful to the country.

Maybe, but I don't think he'd be stupid enough to reveal anything important - if only because he'd have to know the damage it would do to him politically. Basically apolitical people like generals and CIA officials, who have served administrations of both parties, would rake him over the coals, and it would damage him.

But I absolutely can imagine him saying something like "The things I'm learning now are unbelievable. Unbelievable things I'm finding out, believe me. Things the average person doesn't know, now I know. I mean, I basically knew them before because I'm a very intuitive guy and I know the best things, I really knew them before, but now I really know them. And they're unbelievable. I can't say what they are. But they show me how right I was about how terrible Obama and Clinton have been on our national security. That has to change, folks. It has to change. It's even worse than you think. I'm telling you, if we don't change directions, we're all in great danger, believe me. I can't say more than that. But this has to change."

And the idiots will lap it up.

The opposition needs to counter the "I know things; I've learned about things" statements Trump has made in the past. Calling out his lying arrogance is paramount.

Where exactly was this "startling info" his operatives in Hawaii supposedly learned about Obama's REAL birth certificate? That quietly fell by the wayside. And the media never pounded on Trump for dropping it.

What about his claim that he knows how to "stop the violence in the Middle East"? Again, no details. Nothing but blowing smoke. And the media refuses to call him on the carpet for it.

I'd be worried about Drumpf getting security briefings... if I believed he was smart enough to know what they meant.

This is really getting frightening. I'm waiting for the Candid Camera crew to still pop up.
