The real concerning part is just how visable this crane actually is in other parts of the park. It towers over Fantasyland and Adventureland. And eye witness accounts claim it can be seen from the Hub. Now knowing how much of an eyesore Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop and the coaster are to the backdrop of the Studios in Paris I did suspect that perhaps Adventureland at Hong Kong Disneyland would suffer. But I did not think that this land of tacky carnival rides would hurt the overall backdrop to this park like it has done to the Studios. But seeing how visable it is to see the crane. I'm now not to sure the beautiful HKDL backdrop is going to be so lucky to escape. This appears to be yet again another design blunder from the execs in charge and the Imagineers who seem to be doing a poor job of hiding this monstrosity from Guest's visiting other areas of the park.
