Tusker House has always been a favorite of mine; it is/was perhaps my favorite counter service restaurant in WDW.

Originally Posted By smedley Deb usually is up to date, but I believe in this instance that Tusker House is now operating as a sit down venue, and that this is where they have the character breakfast in the morning, not sure on points, but I would expect it to be one dining point the same as the other character meals.
