Both will be upgraded to AP's at Disneyland, but I do want to make sure we have admission in had for them when we go. Anyway, please slap my hands if I'm over planning! Although how one can overplan for food for a 5 year old and a 1 year old I don't really know. We've decided to go for 4 days, starting Feb. 1, so that Nicky can go on the train. We should arrive from Arizona, hopefully by 3:00 pm. Planning on leaving around 5 am (will hopefully capitalize on the last two hours of what should be sleep) from Tucson, stopping for breakfast at IHOP on the western side of Phoenix. I'll pack a light lunch for everyone in the car. If the kids get antsy, we'll stop as often as necessary to stretch their legs. I have PS at Storytellers for 5 pm dinner. After dinner at Storytellers, my husband, his mother and Nick will go to Disneyland and I'll take Belle back to the room for her bubbles and her jammies (she's a messy eater!). Once she's all cleaned up, we'll meet everyone back at the park and enjoy whatever - Small World, Winnie the Pooh, Characters, the Parade - who knows and who cares because it will be Disneyland! She'll probably fall asleep in the stroller on the way back to the hotel. I'm ecstatic that the park won't open until 9 am the next three mornings, although we will do EE if available. Will probably get room service brought up Friday and Saturday mornings so the kiddies can get their milk, juice, banana and cereal and so Mommy, Daddy and Grandma can have their coffee, muffins and strawberries. Will probably get Red Rocket's Pizza Port for the kids at least one day for lunch. My husband and I can split a pasta if need be. Might also get something to go from Whitewater Snacks one day to take back to the room for Nick and Belle for lunch before Nap. Belle doesn't get to skip naps. She will go back to the room with me. Nick, I'm not so sure. We may enforce a "rest period" but may also take him back to the park or maybe swimming, depending on how much he's slept and how well he's behaving. My husband wants to go to Taste Pilots Grill at least once and Sunday Morning we have PS at Storytellers for a Character Breakfast - and I want the AP Dining Pin! We'll probably grab lunch around noon for the kids Sunday before we start the long drive back. They should sleep for a couple of hours after that. The weekend will finish off with Domino's (I can order fifteen minutes out from home and pick it up on the way home) for Dinner when we get home.
