I have been saying the same thing about the MK since I started visiting all of the other 4 DL parks in the World. Sadly, ours is the least magical in many ways.. However, slowly, they have begun to improve some aspects of the operation, while regretably, other areas of the MK continue to rot or replaced with inferior offerings... Rumored improvements to the Jungle Cruise and/or Space Mountain have been discussed. Currently the Haunted Mansion is set to debut an improved experience in sept. Small World..which was refurbished over a year ago, is already showing signs of tear and wear... Other improvements are less apparent... like changes to some retail and food locations... But keep the faith my friend... That is the reason why I keep visiting loyally.

Having seen and enjoyed the film many times over the years, most recently this year, I just hope that this is really clever and not in the coarsenng vein of what was done to the Tiki birds, eXtraterrestrial, the genie in Aladdin and other recent "improvements." As smart-ass cycnicism and dubious "humor" replaces sentiment, wonder, innocence and inspiration, the essence of Disney is lost. The one hopeful note is that these very "hip," and timely "improvements" will outdate themselves sooner than attractions based on more sincere sentiment.

I would hope that some branch of Disney peruses the various fan websites for feed-back, but it would be nice to have some Disney in-put email addresses. Like those of Congressmen and Congresswomen they could provide a list of topic boxes to check, so that the incoming mail would be sorted, by particular parks, food, cleanlines and upkeep, prices, new attractions, lodging, cast members, safety, in-park transportation, rumors, suggested improvements, general complaints, theme park shows, Broadway shows, merchandise, etc., etc. Even intro-level personnel cold press a key to return pre-written email answers to the most popular fact-reponse answers, and forward other queries to the appropriate department. I have seen Disney personnel with clipboards doing customer surveys at the entrance to parks, but that's not liking being available to answer specific queries or complaints, or to receive accolades and praise. Of course, with hundreds of thousands of people going to the parks world-wide every day, Disney might be deluged with queries, compaints and suggestions. But then, hundreds of thousands of peopole are paying to get in. Customer satisfaction should matter, when each of those guests is paying a substantial amount for a one-day experience ($74 in Florida?). Let me add, however, that I think while $128 for a couple, plus tickets for kids, must be very tough for young marrieds, you do get a lot of bang for your buck entertainment at Disney - 8 hours or more - compared to $100+ for Broadway shows and rock concerts of shorter duration and far less variety of experience.
