And, previously have gotten the Tink basket, with the robe....VERY nice. I am using Brad this time too and he has been very quick to respond to both my emails and phone calls...VP is the BEST...have had nothing but good experiences with them! Those came nicely packaged in cellophane gift bags with multi-colored stuffing and Disney ribbon with name tags. The autographed pictures however were given to me upon check-in and the balloons I'd requested never showed up in the room. But on subsequent days, there was no presentation. The disney dollars were shoved under the door in an envelope. The birthday cake they delivered was lovely with a delightful Tinkerbell on top and enough plates, napkins and forks for all of us. The coloring books with twist crayons were each packaged nicely with nametags, but just left in a Disney bag on the table in the room on our last night. I almost missed them! Thank goodness I looked inside that bag! So what I ordered was fine, it was just the attention to detail that was lacking. Granted Dana and Robert (God bless his soul) aren't there anymore, but this time was such a change from before. I guess I was just spoiled by my two previous experiences and maybe this is how it's always been but it was somewhat of a letdown given our two other visits to the Grand.
