Who knows, maybe it was because they were near the end of the ride they weren't offered return. I've personally never had an issue, but guess it's luck of the draw.

AK is one of the hottest parks, they do need more covered parts. Even if it just over some of the walk ways. The Safari is one of my faves, makes it all worth it when the CM is having a fun time too. EE my DH loves that ride, I rode it twice. The first time I thought that I didn't like it. Then two years later tried it again and now I know I don't like it. Going backwords just makes me a little sick.

I even noticed they are lighting certain AAs differently to make them 'appear' to be operational much like the yeti rather than fixing them.
