    I don't have any suggestions on specifics but you can check out this link. You can view menus from the resort and the hotels.

    You should be able to find vegetarian food at just about every restaurant. Even some of the restaurants that specialize in foods like hot dogs (plutos dog house)and hamburgers have good veggie options. I've had a great veggie burger at Hungry Bear. Another good site that has all of the menus for both DL and DCA is allearsnet.com I used this site when planning where to eat with my vegetarian family.
