You absolutely need reservations, which is the same thing as priority seating (a term which Disney no longer uses. If you want to dine there, you will need to make your reservation NOW. In fact, since Disney allows reservations up to 180 in advance, there's a good possibilty you may not be able to get a seating at an appropriate time for the show. But anyway, the number to call is 407-939-3463. Good luck.

A better solution is to enjoy a fine dinner at the restuarant of your choice, followed by a drink or 2 at the Rose & Crown Pub, and then take your drink with you outside and mosey around the World Showcase, where there are many easy locations to see the show. IllumiNations is such a big event that you don't have to be right up front on a railing to see the show. You can stroll over to the bridge between England and France. Or you can go to my personal favorite spot, right in front of Canada, just across from the steps that lead up into the pavilion. It kinda looks like there would be trees blocking your view, but they don't block anything. It's a great spot!
