The last thing I want to see in that space is a bunch of empty promises that won't really come to fruition. TDA, please don't flamoozle us with a bunch of latter day Edison Squares and Liberty Streets. "Blue Sky" is a world that Tony Baxter gets to live in, but not the rest of us for the most part. 90% of what goes on in Blue Sky doesn't make it down all the way to solid ground. Rather than calling it the "Blue Sky" Cellar, I really would prefer they call it (and treat it as) the "WDI DCA Preview of Coming Attractions" Cellar.
